Norman Parks in his book entitled Ole Man River writes the following of Bennett Crafton.

"Bennetts children could include

William married Mary Moor

Richard married Elizabeth _?_

JamesCrafton b 1710-15 probably King William County, VA died 1779 and wife

Karrenhappuch died 1815 (named after one of Jobs daughters?) [or a full blooded Cherokee?] lived to be 100.

They had nine children.  James died circa 1778 Lunenburg County Virginia married Karrenhapprich

John

Bennett Jr. settled in Edgefield, South Carolina"
